Ford, Lincoln Recall 3,108 Vehicles in Saudi Arabia

A total of 3,108 Ford and Lincoln vehicles have been recalled in the Saudi market over a defect that could reduce engine power and raise accident risk. The recall covers model-year 2025 units sold in the Kingdom and applies to four models across the two brands.

The affected vehicles are the Ford Explorer and Taurus, along with the Lincoln Nautilus and Corsair. The issue involves a faulty exhaust-gas-recirculation (EGR) valve, which can lead to reduced acceleration and a loss of driving power — a condition that increases the likelihood of a collision while on the road.

Owners can confirm whether their vehicle is included in the recall by checking the vehicle identification number (VIN) through the national vehicle-recall service at RECALL.SA. The required repairs are carried out free of charge, with no government fees reported for either the check or the repair itself.

Ford owners can contact Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies on 8007492222, while Lincoln owners can reach Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors on 8001240218 to arrange an appointment.

No expiry period was announced for the recall, but owners are advised to schedule the repair as soon as possible to avoid any safety risks. Acting early helps keep both drivers and other road users safe while the free fix is available.
