Saudi Arabia Recalls 6,388 Mercedes S-Class Cars

Saudi authorities have announced the recall of 6,388 Mercedes-Benz vehicles over a safety defect in the braking system. The recall covers S-Class and S-Class Maybach models manufactured between 2020 and 2025.

the defect affects the front-axle brake hoses and may lead to brake-fluid leakage. This can reduce braking efficiency, increase stopping distances, and raise the risk of accidents.

Owners of the affected models are urged to check whether their vehicle is included by entering the VIN or chassis number through the national defective-product recall service at Recalls.sa. Those with affected vehicles should contact Ibrahim Al-Juffali Automotive Company at 8002443000 to arrange the necessary repairs.

Repairs Free of Charge

The required repairs will be carried out at no cost to owners. Given that the fault relates directly to vehicle safety, drivers are encouraged to verify their status and book a service appointment as soon as possible.

Vehicle recalls are a routine part of consumer-protection measures in the Kingdom, aimed at ensuring that any manufacturing defect is addressed before it can pose a danger on the road. Owners who are unsure whether their car is affected can confirm quickly using the chassis number.
