Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company, listed on the Saudi Exchange under symbol 1111 and headquartered in King Abdullah Financial District in Al Aqiq, Riyadh, reported a net profit after zakat of about SAR 92 million for the second quarter of 2026, roughly 4% lower year-on-year but up around 66% compared with the first quarter of the year.
Operating revenue for the quarter stood at approximately SAR 322.6 million, broadly flat versus the same period in 2025. The group said the sequential rebound in profit reflected steadier revenues and continued diversification beyond traditional trading income.
Half-year picture
For the first half of 2026, operating revenue reached SAR 617.1 million, down 4.6% year-on-year, mainly on softer trading activity and a 9.1% drop in average daily traded value. Net profit after zakat attributable to shareholders came in at SAR 147.7 million, down 31.9% from the first half of 2025, while earnings 23 against SAR 1.81 a year earlier. EBITDA reached SAR 185.7 million with a margin of 30.1%.
Away from trading, non-ADTV revenue rose 2.1% year-on-year to SAR 376.5 million, now representing 61% of total operating revenue. Data and technology revenue grew 11.8% over the half year, and in the second quarter technology and data services revenues climbed 13.7% while non-trading services rose 4.2%.
The results matter for residents and investors in the Kingdom because a healthier, more diversified market operator supports the broader financial ecosystem and confidence in the Saudi capital market. Detailed financial statements are published through the Saudi Exchange issuer announcements portal under symbol 1111 and on the group's official website.
