Riyadh will host the third edition of the International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition, SFMA EXPO 2026, from 20 to 22 September 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center on King Abdullah Road. The event is organized by the Saudi Facility Management Association under the theme “Smart Facilities – Smart Cities.”
The three-day in-person program runs daily from around 10:00 to 21:00. The conference sessions take place roughly from 10:00 to 18:00, while the exhibition welcomes visitors from about 13:00 to 21:00, with the opening ceremony held on the first day in the afternoon.
What to expect
The conference is built on eight main tracks covering technology and digital transformation, digital twins, sustainability and ESG, workplace strategy and the hybrid office, operations and maintenance, leadership and strategy, project and financial management, and the health and wellbeing of building occupants. Alongside the scientific sessions, the program includes panel discussions, workshops, and a technical exhibition showcasing facility management technologies and solutions.
Entry is described as free, but attendance requires prior online registration through the official event website. No attendance fee, paid registration tiers, or on-site ticket charges have been announced for the 2026 edition. Registration is handled directly through the event's own website and forms.
For residents and professionals across Saudi Arabia, the expo offers a practical window into how smart technologies are reshaping building operations and city services — a theme closely tied to the Kingdom's wider push toward smarter, more sustainable urban environments.
