Bakers Market Returns to Hayy Jameel in Jeddah

A community food market dedicated to local bakers is running at Hayy Jameel in the Al Muhammadiyah District of Jeddah, offering artisan breads, pastries, and desserts from a lineup of homegrown talent. The event, known as The Bakers Market, takes place at Fenaa Hayy within the venue.

The market has become a recurring fixture at Hayy Jameel, with several editions held throughout 2026. Earlier dates included January 30–31, March 5–7, and May 1–2, while a further edition is listed for August 28–29, 2026.

What to Expect

Visitors can browse and buy freshly made goods directly from local bakers, ranging from crusty artisan loaves to a variety of pastries and desserts. The focus on independent producers gives residents a chance to discover small food businesses and specialty items that are not always found on supermarket shelves.

No entry fee or ticket price was specified in the available details, and the market is presented as a community gathering rather than a ticketed event. There is no government permit, fee, or official transaction channel tied to the listing.

For Jeddah's residents and expat community, the recurring market is a welcome addition to the city's growing calendar of food and lifestyle experiences. It offers a relaxed setting to sample local baking, support small vendors, and spend time in one of the city's cultural venues. Those planning to attend should check the venue for the latest confirmed dates and timings before heading out.
