The Civil Defence has announced that the potential danger earlier reported in Sharurah Governorate has passed, confirming that the precautionary alert has now been lifted and that normal conditions have resumed in the area.
The alert had been issued as an early precautionary warning for a potential risk through the national early warning system. At the time, residents were advised to move to safe locations, remain indoors, stay away from windows, and follow official instructions until the situation was resolved.
Following the lifting of the alert, authorities urged the public to continue observing the safety guidelines issued by the Civil Defence and other competent bodies. Residents were also asked to avoid crowds and gatherings, particularly near any incident or impact sites, and to refrain from filming or circulating videos from these areas.
The Civil Defence emphasised that residents should rely only on official communications for updates and remain alert to any new notifications from the national early warning system and emergency channels.
Early warning alerts of this kind are temporary emergency measures designed to protect the public during a potential threat. Their prompt issuance and clear resolution help residents understand when to take precautions and when it is safe to resume daily activities, underlining the importance of following verified official guidance rather than unconfirmed reports.
