Hail Municipality (Amanat Hail) has announced five new investment opportunities aimed at developing commercial, agricultural, recreational and tourism activities across the region, while improving the urban landscape. The opportunities are offered through the official municipal investment framework, with full bidding details and documents published via the national municipal investment platform operated under the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
The largest site is a mixed-use plot on Jubbah Road, spanning 20,326 m², designated for commercial, agricultural, recreational and tourism development on a contract term of up to 20 years. A second mixed-use opportunity is located in the Al-Nuqrah district, covering 5,129 m² for commercial, recreational and tourism use, also on a term of up to 20 years.
In the Hittin district, a 6,297 m² plot is offered for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a commercial complex, with a contract term of up to 20 years. Two additional opportunities in the Al-Rawabi Al-Awwal district are set aside for agricultural nurseries: the first covers 9,999 m² on a term of up to 10 years, and the second covers 16,828 m² on a term of up to 5 years.
Each opportunity covers the establishment, operation and maintenance of its respective project. Together, the five sites form part of a broader 2025–2026 investment push in Hail that includes multiple mixed-use, commercial, hospitality and recreational projects channelled through the same municipal investment platform.
The move opens the door for investors and business owners to take part in developing the region's economy and services. For residents, the projects promise more commercial complexes, recreational and tourism venues, and expanded agricultural facilities, supporting local employment and quality of life.
