The Ministry of Health has launched its "Live Well" sessions, a series of knowledge-exchange meetings under the national Live Well health awareness platform aimed at improving the quality and reach of public health messaging across the Kingdom.
The sessions bring together health professionals, practitioners, media and content creators, influencers, and health-sector leaders alongside Ministry officials. The goal is to unify awareness efforts, correct common health misconceptions, and translate medical knowledge into practical, everyday habits that individuals and communities can adopt and maintain.
Held both in person and virtually under the Live Well brand, the sessions cover a broad range of topics, including healthy lifestyle behaviours, nutrition, calorie counting, physical activity, sleep hygiene, chronic diseases, mental health, and care for the elderly and children. The aim is to empower Saudi society to build healthier daily routines and promote public health more widely.
Participation in Live Well awareness sessions for the public is currently free of charge, with no published ticket or registration fee. Access is provided through the Ministry's official digital channels and the Live Well awareness pages, along with its official social-media presence used to share session content and announcements.
Why it matters
The initiative supports the Health Sector Transformation Program under رؤية السعودية 2030 and its broader focus on improving quality of life. First launched on 1 January 2020, the Live Well platform continues to expand its reach, offering residents and expats across the Kingdom a trusted, easy-to-access source of practical health guidance.
