Holders of the multiple-entry Umrah visa are being reminded that they must complete the requirements of an approved service package before performing their rituals, on every single visit to the Kingdom. The visa is valid for 365 days from issuance, with a combined stay limit of 90 days across all trips.
Before travelling on each entry, pilgrims must purchase a service package from an approved provider through the Nusuk platform (website or app), and obtain a Umrah permit inside the Nusuk app prior to arrival and before performing any rituals. The package duration must not exceed the remaining validity of the visa or the remaining balance of the 90-day allowance — bookings that extend beyond either limit are not accepted.
A fresh package for each trip
The service package requirement applies to every entry. A new Nusuk package and a fresh Umrah permit are needed each time. Typical packages include hotel accommodation in Makkah and/or Madinah and ground transport between the airports and the two cities, with the full booking and payment handled through Nusuk.
On the fees side for 2026, the dedicated Umrah visa government fee is SAR 300, while mandatory medical insurance usually ranges from SAR 100 to 180, bringing the standard combined official line to roughly SAR 400 to 480. Online eVisa routes typically total around SAR 535 including service charges for non-GCC residents. These visa fees are separate from the Nusuk package cost.
Nusuk package prices this season start from around SAR 800 500 depending on hotel class, dates, transport and operator charges. Travellers from non e-visa nationalities usually apply through licensed Saudi-approved travel agents, who link the visa application to a confirmed Nusuk package. Planning early helps ensure the package fits within the visa's remaining stay balance.
