Saudi Arabia will mark its 96th National Day with a series of public air shows organized by the Ministry of Defense, beginning in Jeddah and concluding in Al-Khobar. The displays feature the Royal Saudi Air Force aerobatic team, the Saudi Hawks, alongside other RSAF aircraft performing formation flying, aerobatics, and flag-bearing flypasts.
The celebrations open at ROSHN Waterfront in Jeddah, in front of the Jeddah Hilton along the Corniche, on 18–20 September 2026. Daily displays begin at 5:00 pm local time and typically last around one to one and a half hours over the waterfront. Access is free, with no tickets required.
The shows then move to Riyadh, at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center area in Malham, north of the capital, on 22–23 September 2026, with displays beginning daily at 4:00 pm. The finale takes place on the Al-Khobar Corniche waterfront, in front of the Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Center for Science and Technology (Scitech), on 26–27 September 2026, starting daily at 4:30 pm.
Free public access
All three events are open-air waterfront and corniche gatherings with public viewing areas, and no ticket fees have been announced. There is no requirement to purchase tickets through government platforms such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى or ناجز.
For families and aviation enthusiasts across the Kingdom, the tour offers a rare chance to watch the Saudi Hawks up close in three major cities. Residents planning to attend are advised to arrive early, as popular corniche viewing spots are expected to fill quickly during the celebrations.
