A new development program has been launched to nurture Saudi talent in the world of motorsport, opening the door to careers that go well beyond the driver's seat. The initiative targets Saudi men and women between the ages of 15 and 25 who are interested in building a future in the fast-growing sector.
The program combines in-person and online workshops, university lectures, sessions with specialists, and hands-on experience. Rather than focusing only on driving, it is designed to prepare young Saudis for a wide range of professional roles within motorsport.
Careers beyond the track
Participants will be introduced to fields such as engineering, race operations, marketing, hospitality, media, event management, logistics, business development, and partnerships. This broad approach reflects the reality that a single race depends on large teams working across many disciplines behind the scenes.
For the Saudi community, the program offers a structured pathway into an industry that continues to expand across the Kingdom, giving young people practical exposure and the chance to explore diverse career options.
No fees or prices have been published for the program, and full registration details have not yet been announced. Those interested in taking part have been advised to follow the official Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship account on Instagram for updates on how to apply.
