Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) reported a net profit of SAR 65.1 billion — around USD 17.33 billion — for 2025, more than double the SAR 25.8 billion recorded in 2024.
Total revenue rose 9% to SAR 449.9 billion during the year, while operating profit climbed to SAR 77.9 billion. The Fund's total assets reached SAR 4.54 trillion by the end of 2025.
Why it matters
The Fund is a central engine of the economic transformation under رؤية السعودية 2030, backing large-scale projects and new sectors across the Kingdom. Stronger profits and a growing asset base reflect the pace of that expansion and its role in diversifying the national economy.
For residents and expats, the Fund's activity underpins many of the developments and job-creating projects shaping daily life in the Kingdom, from major destinations to new industries. The 2025 results point to continued momentum in these efforts.
