Riyadh to Host WPC Energy Congress in October 2026

The Saudi capital will take center stage in the global energy sector as Riyadh hosts the 25th WPC Energy Congress from 11 to 15 October 2026. The event will be held at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center on King Khalid International Airport Road, Riyadh 13413.

The Congress schedule opens with a welcome reception on 11 October, followed by the inaugural session and the opening of the exhibition on 12 October. A Saudi Night is set for 13 October, and the closing ceremony will take place on 15 October. Notably, the dates were revised to October 2026, after earlier information had listed the event for 26–30 April 2026.

Registration and Fees

Regular registration was set at USD 3,150 including VAT until 11 September 2026. The current late-registration fee is USD 3,450 including VAT and runs through the Congress. Groups booking more than five delegates receive a 10% discount, while eligible delegates from sponsoring or exhibiting organizations pay USD 2,500. An accompanying person can register for USD 500 including VAT.

Registration fees must be paid in full before the Congress, and delegates can sign up through the official WPC Energy Congress website. The published fees are listed in US dollars rather than Saudi Riyal.

Hosting a congress of this scale reflects the Kingdom's growing role as a hub for major international gatherings, drawing energy professionals, exhibitors, and delegates from around the world to Riyadh. For residents and businesses in the capital, the five-day event brings significant activity to the Riyadh Front venue and surrounding area during October.
