Saudi Arabia Launches 20+ Youth Programs Under Vision 2030

Saudi Arabia has launched more than 20 youth empowerment initiatives as part of a national youth development strategy tied to Saudi Vision 2030, with the plan set to run through 2030. The programs aim to expand opportunities for young people across the Kingdom.

The strategy is organized around five main areas: economic empowerment, community participation, education and lifelong learning, health and wellbeing, and national identity and religious values. Together, these pillars are designed to support young Saudis at different stages of study, training, and early careers.

Efforts led by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development include the National Labor Portal (Taqat) and the Doroob e-training platform, both of which give young jobseekers access to employment services and online skills training.

What This Means for Young Residents

For young people in Riyadh, Jeddah, and beyond, the initiatives point to a growing network of training, employment, and community programs. One example is the Youth Empowerment Program at the Vision Culture Association in Riyadh, which offers free registration, a three-month duration, and 120 available seats, with registration open from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026.

At this stage, published details do not include specific fees in Saudi Riyal, step-by-step application procedures, or validity periods for the wider set of initiatives. There is also no confirmed 2026 fee schedule or recent fee change linked to these programs. Saudi Living will share further details as they become officially available.
