Several listed Saudi companies across healthcare, food, trading and services have released their second-quarter and first-half 2026 financial results, offering a snapshot of activity in the Kingdom's corporate sector amid a mix of higher revenues and pressure on some profit lines.
Dallah Healthcare Co. reported Q2 2026 revenues of SAR 1,107.90 million, up 4.3% from SAR 1,062.43 million a year earlier, driven mainly by higher patient visits to its hospitals and medical centres. For the first half of 2026, revenues rose about 11.9% to around SAR 2.12 billion on roughly a 17% increase in visits, while H1 net income fell about 34% to around SAR 184–185 million.
Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital (Fakeeh Care) posted Q2 2026 net income of SAR 57.9 million, a 29.5% year-on-year decline. In the food sector, Tanmiah Food Co. reported a sharp improvement, with Q2 2026 net income rising to SAR 19 million from just SAR 0.5 million a year earlier.
Saudi Ground Services Co. narrowed its Q2 2026 net loss to SAR 56.6 million, compared with a loss of SAR 99.4 million in Q2 2025. Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. delivered strong growth, with Q2 net income up 51.1% to SAR 44.6 million and H1 net income up 33.1% to SAR 93.2 million on revenues of SAR 1.13 billion, an 11.5% annual rise.
Jamjoom Fashion reported H1 2026 revenue of SAR 425 million and net profit of SAR 80.5 million, with a gross margin of 70.0% and EBITDA growth of 10.9%, noting e-commerce had become its top sales channel. Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. posted Q2 operating revenues of SAR 322.6 million, up 1.2%, supported by 13.7% growth in its Data and Technology Services segment.
For residents and investors, the results reflect steady demand across essential sectors such as healthcare, food and services, even as some companies manage rising costs and expansion pressures.
