Saudi Pro League Round 7: Nine Matches Over Three Days

The seventh round of the 2026–27 Saudi Pro League was played from Friday, September 11, to Sunday, September 13, 2026, featuring nine matches involving 18 clubs, with three fixtures held on each day across several cities in the Kingdom.

The opening day on September 11 produced a lively draw as Al-Qadsiah and Al-Ettifaq shared six goals in a 3–3 result. Al-Faisaly recorded a notable 3–1 win over Al-Ittihad, while Al-Ahli defeated Al-Hazem by the same scoreline.

Saturday, September 12, delivered the round's biggest surprise when Al-Taawoun thrashed Al-Hilal 6–0 at the Al-Taawoun Club Stadium in Buraidah. Al-Khaleej and Al-Nassr played out a 1–1 draw, and Al-Shabab and Al-Fayha finished goalless at the Al-Shabab Club Stadium in Riyadh.

On the final day, September 13, Al-Fateh edged a six-goal contest against NEOM, winning 4–2. Al-Kholood secured a 2–0 away victory over Al-Riyadh, while Al-Diriyah and Abha ended their match goalless.

Matches were staged at venues including Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, Al-Majma'ah Sports City, Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City in Jeddah, Al-Taawoun Club Stadium in Buraidah, Al-Shabab Club Stadium in Riyadh, King Khalid Sports City Stadium in Tabuk, Prince Faisal bin Fahd Sports City in Riyadh, and Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh.

The 2026–27 season kicked off on August 13, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude on May 29, 2027. With upsets and tight contests already shaping the table, the league continues to draw strong interest from football fans and families across Riyadh, Jeddah, and other cities.
