stc Group Confirms Prince Mohammed Al-Faisal as Chairman

stc Group has confirmed the leadership of its board of directors under independent chairman HRH Prince Mohammed Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, who continues to guide one of the Kingdom's largest telecommunications and technology groups.

Prince Mohammed serves as an independent chairman of the board, with his current term running from 25 July 2024 through 24 July 2028. He has held the chairmanship of Saudi Telecom Company since 2018, providing continuity at the top of the group during a period of rapid growth in Saudi Arabia's digital and connectivity sectors.

In addition to chairing the board, Prince Mohammed leads two of the group's key governance bodies: the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. These roles place him at the center of decision-making on strategy, investments, and the direction of stc's operations.
