Takamol Holding has launched a new digital platform called Tazamon, unveiled during LEAP 2026, aimed at automating labor market procedures for companies operating in Saudi Arabia. The platform acts as a cloud connectivity layer that links a company's internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems directly with national business platforms.
Tazamon connects with قوى, Ajeer, Istiqdam and Musaned to carry out labor-related procedures and services without repeated manual data entry. Rather than functioning as a public portal, it operates as a middleware or integration layer, focused on enterprises that want to link their internal systems with official labor market platforms.
The platform is designed to handle HR and operations tasks across multiple labor market systems, reducing duplicate data entry, manual status follow-up and data inaccuracies. It targets the automation of work-related processes such as work permits, contracts and expatriate visa procedures by building on existing national platforms rather than replacing أبشر, مقيم, ناجز, نفاذ or توكلنا.
All linked procedures remain legally and regulatorily anchored in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development systems, notably قوى and Musaned. Tazamon serves as an integration tool and does not introduce new legal validity periods for permits, contracts or visas beyond those already defined.
Takamol Holding describes the platform as part of a wider effort to digitize the full Saudi labor market journey, covering visa issuance, skill verification, contract authentication, inspection, dispute management and worker mobility. For companies managing large workforces, the potential benefit is fewer manual steps and more accurate records.
As of early September 2026, publicly available information covers Tazamon's purpose and integration role only. Specific fees in ريال سعودي, step-by-step enrollment procedures, transaction validity periods and any subscription charges have not been disclosed.
