Title Registration Opens for 46,538 Riyadh, Qassim Plots

The Real Estate Registry has opened first-time title registration for 46,538 properties across Riyadh and Qassim, giving owners a set window to formally document their ownership. The tally covers 36,261 parcels in Riyadh and 10,277 parcels in Qassim.

The registration window runs from Sunday, 6 September 2026, until Thursday, 10 December 2026. The step is part of the in-kind (real estate) registration program carried out by the Real Estate General Authority and the Real Estate Registry to digitize and document titles in specified neighborhoods and areas in both regions.

Property owners must submit first-time registration requests only for parcels located within the announced neighborhoods and areas. Eligibility is confirmed by checking whether the parcel falls inside the published registration scope, using map-based tools on the official platform.

How to register

The primary channel is the Real Estate Registry digital platform (RER) and its mobile application. Owners should verify their property's inclusion in the current phase, create or log into a personal account, then submit a first registration application for the parcel while attaching required documents such as the title deed or proof of possession, identification documents, and any supporting plans or maps.

Applicants can track their request status and respond to any requests for clarification through the platform or the customer service center. For inquiries on procedures, the Real Estate Registry customer service number is 199002.

Registration for this phase is handled solely through the Real Estate Registry and Real Estate General Authority platforms, and does not rely on other government apps as primary submission channels. Documenting ownership helps protect property rights and supports a more reliable, digitized real estate record for residents in the covered areas.
