UNESCO AI Ethics Forum Comes to Riyadh in 2026

Riyadh will host the fourth edition of the UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, scheduled for 14–17 September 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, in the Al Hada District. Registration for the event is currently open and free of charge through the forum's official registration platform.

The forum is hosted in Saudi Arabia by SDAIA in cooperation with ICAIRE, and is set to bring together global technology leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss the responsible development of artificial intelligence. This year's gathering carries the theme "Transforming Global Cooperation for Ethical AI Governance."

The four-day event will focus on how nations, institutions, and the technology sector can work together to shape shared standards for the ethical use of AI. Discussions are expected to address governance frameworks and international cooperation as the technology continues to reshape daily life and industry.

Hosting a forum of this scale reflects Riyadh's growing role as a hub for major international technology gatherings. For residents, students, and professionals across the Kingdom, the event offers a chance to engage with global conversations on one of the most influential technologies of the era, at no cost to attend.

Those interested in taking part can complete the free registration on the forum's official platform. For inquiries, organizers have listed the contact emails [email protected] and [email protected].
