Diriyah Company Signs SAR 2bn anb Financing Deal

Diriyah Company has signed a financing agreement worth SAR 2 billion (about USD 533 million) with Arab National Bank (anb) to fund branded residential developments in Diriyah and the nearby Wadi Safar district near Riyadh.

The facility will support the delivery of branded serviced luxury residential units that are set to operate under international hotel brands. These homes fall within the 14 km² Diriyah masterplan and the larger 62 km² Wadi Safar masterplan, both part of the broader luxury residential and hospitality vision taking shape on the western edge of the capital.

this marks the first financing arrangement between Diriyah Company and Arab National Bank. The stated purpose of the facility is to fund a portfolio of branded serviced residences within the two developments.

Why it matters

For residents and prospective buyers watching the growth of high-end housing around Riyadh, the agreement signals continued momentum for Diriyah's mixed hospitality and residential projects. Branded residences operated by hotel brands typically combine private ownership with hotel-style services, a segment that has been expanding across the Kingdom.

At this stage, no public breakdown has been provided for per-unit sale prices, rental rates, service charges, or reservation channels for end buyers and tenants. Financing terms such as the profit rate, tenor, and repayment schedule have not been disclosed. Saudi Living will share verified details on availability and pricing once they are officially announced.
