Saudi artificial-intelligence company Humain, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund launched in May 2025, has begun early preparations for a potential initial public offering roughly 16 months after its debut. The move signals continued momentum in the Kingdom's growing AI sector.
the company's chief executive, Tareq Amin, has started assembling an internal team with expertise in finance, strategy, management consulting and IPO readiness. The effort focuses on building investor-facing strategy, governance, financial reporting structures and performance indicators that meet global public-market standards — rather than launching a formal listing process.
The stated ambition is a dual listing in Saudi Arabia and the United States, on Tadawul alongside either the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq, within roughly three to four years from October 2025, implying a tentative target around 2029. No listing date, valuation, transaction size or underwriters have been announced, and the company remains unlisted and not yet directly investable by public-market investors.
Why it matters
Humain operates across data centers, chips, cloud infrastructure, AI models and applications, with a mandate to help build an integrated AI ecosystem in the Kingdom. It has announced tens of billions of dollars in planned infrastructure investments and partnerships, including major data-center build-outs, though it has not disclosed revenue or profit figures.
The company has awarded sizeable data-center colocation contracts to listed Saudi IT firms, with at least one contract exceeding 30% of a contractor's 2025 revenues. Humain also invested around $3 billion in xAI's Series E round, later converted into SpaceX shares. Recent reports point to plans for a fund of roughly $2.5 billion to expand data centers and AI infrastructure. Officials describe the IPO preparations as preliminary and internal, meaning a listing is neither imminent nor guaranteed.
