Monsha'at, in partnership with Saudi Exports, has announced a series of joint initiatives to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) expand into international markets, headlined by an "Export Week" set to run in 2026 across SME Support Centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Al-Khobar.
Export Week will feature workshops and meetings covering how Saudi exporters can access global markets through e-commerce, training on export basics and market-entry strategies, and sessions to build the export capabilities of SMEs. The program will also connect businesses with transport, customs, tax, and export-finance providers, along with government export-support services and supply-chain companies.
Training, finance, and business matching
Beyond the event, the two entities are jointly offering training programs, advisory sessions, and capacity building to raise competitiveness and export readiness. They are also facilitating access to consulting and credit services, including through Saudi EXIM Bank and other finance partners, and organizing business-matching events between industrial SMEs and licensed export houses.
Saudi Exports operates a Saudi Export Incentive Program offering multiple incentives to encourage companies to enter and grow in new markets. Among Monsha'at's documented instruments is reimbursement of 50% of eligible fees for securing new commercial opportunities with international buyers, capped at 100,000 SAR active as of August 2026.
Typical support also includes cost sharing for international exhibitions, trade missions, and marketing, plus help with market studies, certifications, and eligible logistics costs. Applications are handled through the official online portals of Monsha'at and Saudi Exports, requiring company registration, documentation of export activity, and compliance with program criteria.
For the Kingdom's SME community, the initiatives lower the practical barriers to exporting and support the wider push under Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and grow non-oil exports.
