A fresh wave of restaurants and cafés has opened across Riyadh and Jeddah, giving residents new options that span European, Asian, Latin American, and Mediterranean cuisine. From wood-fired grills to specialty coffee, here is a roundup of the latest arrivals.
In Jeddah, The Ember Dining serves a wood-fired menu blending European, Asian, and Mediterranean flavours, with signature dishes such as ember burrata salad and kimchi hummus. Also in the city, Kilo Kitchen at OIA Downtown in Al-Shati offers a Bali-inspired mix of Latin American and Asian plates, open Wednesday to Monday from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. Coffee lovers can head to Toby’s Estate, an Australian specialty-coffee concept at Westfield Jeddah on Prince Sultan Road, open daily from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
In Riyadh, global fast-casual favourite Chipotle has landed at Sidra Mall in Ghirnatah, serving burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads daily from 10:00 am to 3:00 am. Fans of live-fire cooking can try B+F on Al Urubah Branch Road in Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi, with a Pan-American menu open Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 pm to 12:00 am and Friday to Saturday until 1:00 am.
For Mexican cravings, Sigo Tacos in Al-Safarat offers tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and esquites with extended hours through the week. Meanwhile, Franco’s Cucina at InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh brings Tuscan and southern Italian dishes, open daily from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
