Program Prepares Saudi Youth for Motorsport Careers

A new talent development program called Home of Tomorrow's Champions is preparing young Saudis for careers in motorsport, running alongside the Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship. The initiative targets Saudi men and women aged 15 to 25 who are interested in professional roles across the sport.

Operated by ALTAWKILAT Motorsport in collaboration with the Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship, the program is positioned as a pathway into professional roles across major motorsport series hosted in the Kingdom, including circuit racing and its wide range of support functions.

The training covers three core areas. On the technical side, participants explore motorsport engineering, energy systems, logistics and operations. On the event side, the focus turns to event management, hospitality, commercial development and partnership management. A third track builds media and communication skills, including photography, videography, public relations and communications.

Sessions are delivered through in-person workshops and practical sessions at race venues and partner facilities, alongside online workshops, virtual lectures, and university lectures with industry experts. Rather than a multi-year enrollment, the program is structured around the championship calendar, giving participants short-term placements, behind-the-scenes access and hands-on experience during race weekends and associated events.

Why it matters

The program opens doors for students and young talent to gain practical experience in a fast-growing sector, with a clear focus on Saudi youth. Eligibility is straightforward: applicants must be Saudi men or women aged 15 to 25, and no prior motorsport license is required. Publicly available information on the initiative does not list any registration or participation fees, presenting it as an education and outreach effort. Registration is handled through the motorsport program and its partner channels. The initiative was publicly highlighted in August.
