Riyadh will host the 8th TAFISA World Sport for All Games in 2028, with the event scheduled to take place from 29 September to 5 October. The Saudi Sports for All Federation will serve as the host organization for the multi-day gathering.
The event is expected to draw more than 1,000 participants from over 100 countries, alongside more than 70,000 visitors, making it one of the largest community-focused sporting occasions on the Saudi calendar for that year.
Notably, this will be the first time the TAFISA World Sport for All Games is held anywhere in the Middle East and North Africa, placing the Saudi capital at the center of a global movement that promotes physical activity and recreational sport for people of all ages and abilities.
