Saudi Arabia has committed to working with FIFA to make tickets for the 2034 FIFA World Cup affordable and accessible to fans, alongside a comprehensive plan to ensure spectator safety during the tournament. The pledge signals the Kingdom's aim to welcome a broad audience of residents and visitors to the event.
FIFA controls the official ticketing process, including prices and fees, and Saudi Arabia has not published any official ticket prices or Saudi Riyal fees. Ticket sales have not opened, and no official purchase steps, deadlines, validity periods, or sale channels have been announced. No resident-priority rules, discounts, or hospitality prices are currently confirmed.
Fan safety planning
As part of its commitments, Saudi Arabia is coordinating fan-safety planning with security agencies and FIFA. Proposed measures include integrated security planning, crowd management, emergency alert systems, fire-safety systems, clearly marked evacuation routes, on-site medical teams, and dedicated security procedures for high-risk matches.
Among the proposed benefits for ticket holders is free public transport during the tournament, a move that could ease travel for fans attending matches across host cities.
The official channel for the Saudi 2034 World Cup is the Saudi World Cup 2034 organizing platform, which has not yet published ticket prices or purchase instructions. Residents and visitors are advised to rely only on official announcements once they are released. At this stage, no Saudi-specific fees, application procedures, or validity periods have been confirmed for World Cup tickets or fan-safety services.
