Saudi Digital Experience Index Rises to 87.06% in 2026

Saudi government digital platforms have recorded a Digital Experience Maturity Index score of 87.06% for 2026, a rating classified as "Advanced." The result reflects continued improvement in how residents and citizens interact with public online services across the Kingdom.

This year's assessment covered 59 digital platforms, up from 50 in 2025, showing a wider scope of evaluated services. More than 805,500 people took part in the "Rate Your Digital Experience" survey, giving direct feedback on the platforms they use daily.

The index measures four main perspectives across 20 areas, including beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools. The 2026 guideline was updated under the fifth-edition methodology.

Top-Ranking Platforms

أبشر ranked first with 94.38%, followed by Etimad at 94.36% and Senaei at 92.83%. Balady scored 92.56% and توكلنا reached 92.50%. Musaned recorded 92.20% and قوى scored 92.14%. A Digital Inclusivity sub-index scored 76.98%, classified as "Empowered."
