Prince Bandar bin Abdullah named adviser to interior minister

Prince Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah Al-Mishari Al-Saud has been appointed adviser to the Minister of Interior at the rank of excellence, in a move that reflects the ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership and advisory capabilities.

Prince Dr. Bandar previously served as assistant minister of interior for technology affairs, a role that placed him at the center of the ministry's technology and digital development work.

The appointment at the rank of excellence marks a senior advisory position within the Ministry of Interior, one of the country's most important government bodies responsible for public security, civil affairs, and a wide range of services used daily by residents and expatriates across the Kingdom.

For the community in Riyadh, Jeddah, and other cities, the Ministry of Interior oversees many of the services that residents rely on regularly. Appointments of experienced officials to senior advisory roles are part of the continued development of government institutions across the country.

No further details regarding the appointment were made available at this time.
