Saudi Esports Academy Partners to Grow Local Talent

The Saudi Esports Federation, through the Saudi Esports Academy, has entered into a partnership with the Saudi Entertainment and Event Management Academy in April 2026 to develop national talent across the esports, gaming, and event-management sectors.

The agreement is designed to build a pipeline of qualified Saudi professionals through specialized training sessions, workshops, and seminars. It also includes internships and career-awareness initiatives aimed at guiding participants toward professional roles in these fast-growing fields.

Training under the partnership will be delivered by esports professionals and event-management specialists, giving participants practical exposure and hands-on experience alongside experienced practitioners.

Why it matters

Esports and live entertainment have become fast-expanding sectors in the Kingdom, creating new job opportunities for young Saudis. By combining technical esports knowledge with event-management expertise, the two academies aim to prepare local talent for professional careers and support the wider growth of the entertainment industry.

At this stage, no publicly confirmed fees, application steps, eligibility requirements, registration deadlines, or official enrollment channel have been identified for the programs. Interested residents are advised to look out for further official announcements as details are released.
