Shift Abha: Women & Kids Sports Venue Opens in Abha

A dedicated sports and entertainment venue for women and children has opened in Abha, offering a wide range of activities in a private, safe environment. Known as Shift Abha The Main Arena and located in the Aryash area, the venue operates as a time-limited event running through October 1, 2026, with bookings available only during that period.

The facility features football, basketball, tennis, swimming and boxing, alongside additional activities including badminton, volleyball, chess, Jackaroo, dancing, aerial yoga and taekwondo. Organizers describe it as a fully equipped sports facility hosting tournaments and activities that reflect Abha's local identity, with a strong emphasis on safety and hygiene standards suited to women and children.

Tickets and reservations are handled entirely online through the event ticketing portal at abha.platinumlist.net, where visitors select the listing "Shift Abha The Main Arena" and complete their booking. No government e-services platform is required to attend; access is through private event ticketing only.

At present, the public listing confirms dates and activities, while exact ticket prices in Saudi Riyal, package types and specific time slots have not yet been published for 2026. Families and residents planning to attend are advised to check the ticketing portal directly for pricing and scheduling details as they become available.

For the Asir region's community, the venue adds a rare women-and-children-only sports destination that combines fitness, competition and recreation in one location, supporting active lifestyles during its limited run.
