Six Senses AMAALA Opens on Saudi Red Sea Coast

Six Senses AMAALA has begun operating as a luxury beachfront resort in Triple Bay within the AMAALA destination in Tabuk Province, marking a new milestone for eco-tourism development along Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. The resort sits in the Al Wajh area of the Kingdom's western region.

Guests can reach the property in about 45 minutes by car from Al Wajh International Airport, roughly 20 minutes by seaplane, or around two hours by road from Red Sea International Airport. As of 2026, the resort operates approximately 100 to 125 keys, including a mix of suites, pool villas, and branded residences.

Accommodation categories range from entry suites and pool suites to deluxe pool suites and pool villas, with sizes spanning about 102 m² up to 669 m². Saudi-facing tourism listings show nightly rates starting from SAR 4,500 for entry-level accommodation, while premium villas reach the upper end of an ultra-luxury band. Some third-party listings display lower promotional or off-peak rates for select dates, but official destination pricing remains positioned at the ultra-luxury level.

Displayed nightly prices typically include known Saudi taxes and fees, such as VAT on hospitality and any applicable municipality or tourism charges, collected through standard hotel billing at booking or check-out. Standard Saudi visa and entry rules apply through the usual government platforms where relevant.

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. The opening adds to the Kingdom's growing portfolio of high-end coastal destinations, supporting the broader goal of positioning Saudi Arabia as a global tourism hub and creating new hospitality opportunities along the Red Sea for residents and visitors alike.
