Longevity Centers Planned for Riyadh and Jeddah

A Swiss healthcare group plans to open specialized longevity and wellness centers in both Riyadh and Jeddah, expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia after the launch of a dedicated health resort on the northwestern coast of the Red Sea.

The centers in the two cities are planned to follow the opening of a Longevity Health Resort located at Amaala on the Red Sea. No opening dates, exact locations within either city, list of services, or prices have been announced for the Riyadh and Jeddah facilities.

The Amaala resort is planned to include 52 rooms and suites along with 13 villas. The current publicly stated opening target for the resort is 2027. Some reports have described phased openings at Amaala, but a specific launch date for the resort itself has not been confirmed.

What we still do not know

No Saudi-specific fees in Saudi Riyal, program or membership prices, booking procedures, validity periods, or official government channels have been published for the planned centers. The only indicative figure reported so far is a global average of CHF 32,000 per person for a one-week program — a worldwide figure, not a price set for Saudi Arabia.

For residents and expats in Riyadh and Jeddah, the plans point to a growing focus on wellness and preventive health as part of the Kingdom's expanding lifestyle and hospitality offerings. Saudi Living will share confirmed details on locations, services, and pricing once they are officially available.
