The Tawakkalna app added 40 new services during July 2026, expanding the range of government transactions residents and citizens can complete through a single digital platform. The additions were delivered in cooperation with 24 government entities.
The update reinforces Tawakkalna's role as a unified digital gateway for accessing public services from a single place, reducing the need to move between multiple apps and channels.
Participating entities in this round included the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Media, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Saudi Tourism Authority, the General Authority for Real Estate, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
An itemized public list of the 40 services, along with any fees, validity periods, or step-by-step application details, was not released with this update. Users can check the service catalog directly within the app.
The July additions follow an earlier expansion in June 2026, when 160 services were added through 40 government, private, and non-profit organizations, reflecting a steady effort to broaden what the platform offers.
For residents and expats in Riyadh, Jeddah, and across the Kingdom, the continued expansion means more everyday transactions can be handled from a phone, saving time and simplifying access to a growing list of official services.
