Ceer Unveils First Electric Sedan and SUV in Saudi

Saudi electric vehicle maker Ceer unveiled its first two models, the EXOBOT electric sedan and SUV, in Saudi Arabia on 21 September 2026. The launch marks the company's entry into the local EV market.

Sales in Saudi Arabia are scheduled to begin in early 2027, with series production planned for January 2027 at King Abdullah Economic City. Official prices in Saudi riyals have not yet been announced.

the sedan offers an estimated range of up to 670 km (NEDC), while the SUV reaches up to 560 km (NEDC). The First Edition models produce 850 horsepower and support fast charging from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes.

Warranty and ownership details

Ceer's First Edition offer includes a complimentary home charger with installation support of up to SAR 2,000. The vehicle warranty covers 6 years or 200,000 km, whichever comes first, while the battery is covered for 8 years or 200,000 km. Buyers also receive scheduled maintenance and roadside assistance for 6 years.

For the community, the launch signals a growing shift toward locally built electric mobility. With production based at King Abdullah Economic City, the arrival of a homegrown EV brand adds a new option for residents and expats considering the move to electric driving as sales approach in early 2027.
