Digital Government Authority Adds New Executive Roles

The Digital Government Authority has announced a restructuring of its leadership, introducing new executive roles aimed at speeding up the development and delivery of e-government services across the Kingdom.

The move is designed to strengthen the Authority's ability to oversee and improve the digital services that residents and businesses rely on daily. By creating dedicated executive positions, the Authority intends to give clearer focus and accountability to key areas of its work.

For residents and expats in cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, the change is expected to support faster, smoother access to government platforms that handle everyday tasks online, from official documents to public services.

The restructuring reflects the Kingdom's ongoing push to expand and refine its digital government offering, part of the broader national drive to modernize public services and reduce the need for in-person visits. A more streamlined leadership structure is intended to help the Authority respond more quickly to the growing demand for online services.

Saudi Living will continue to follow developments as the Authority rolls out its updated plans and any resulting improvements to digital services available to the public.
