Mohammed Al Habib Real Estate Company has completed the handover of roughly 87% of the residential villas at its Eyal Heights project in Riyadh, marking a major milestone for one of the developer's key housing developments in the capital.
Eyal Heights, also referred to as Eyal Riyadh Heights, is located in the Al Safa district of east Riyadh. The site sits near several main roads, including Omar bin Al Khattab Road, Ali bin Abi Talib Road, and Fatimah Al Zahra Road, and is close to a metro station, IKEA, Lulu Hypermarket, and Care Hospital.
The project comprises 244 residential units and is being developed under the company's Eyal brand. Full completion of the project is planned for 2027, meaning delivery is progressing ahead of the final target date.
Why it matters
Riyadh's residential market continues to expand as demand for family villas rises across the capital. Projects like Eyal Heights, positioned near transport links, retail, and healthcare services, reflect a growing focus on integrated communities that place daily amenities within easy reach of residents.
The handover of the majority of villas offers reassurance to buyers and families waiting to move in, while the remaining units and shared areas continue toward the 2027 completion goal. For residents and expats weighing housing options in east Riyadh, the project's location in Al Safa places it within a well-served part of the city.
Saudi Living will share further verified updates on the project as they become available.
