Riyadh is set to host the first full season of Kings League MENA, with Split 1 running from 18 September through 30 October 2026 at Cool Arena on Riyadh Boulevard in Boulevard City. The competition brings together 10 teams representing fan communities from across the Arab world.
Three Saudi teams are taking part: DR7, RA2, and Rising Peaks. They join sides representing fan bases from around the region, giving the season a strong local presence alongside a wider Arab lineup.
The format spans nine league rounds, after which the top teams advance to knockout stages. The semifinals and the final are both scheduled for 30 October 2026, closing out the season in a single decisive day of action at the same Riyadh venue.
Why it matters
Kings League has built a loyal following through its fast-paced, entertainment-driven approach to football, and its arrival in Riyadh gives fans across the Kingdom a chance to follow the region's teams live. Hosting the inaugural MENA season underlines Riyadh's growing role as a hub for large-scale sports and entertainment events.
For residents and visitors in the capital, the six-week run offers a regular calendar of matches at a central, easily reachable location on Riyadh Boulevard. With three Saudi teams competing, local supporters have a clear stake in the outcome as the season builds toward the finals in late October.
