Public schools across the Kingdom are ready for the upcoming academic year with updated digital services delivered through Madrasati (مدرستي), the mandated national learning platform for K-12. Access is free for all public school students and staff, with no subscription or usage fees in Saudi Riyal.
Electronic textbooks and digital resources offered through the platform are also free for public school students. Technical support is available through the 19996 hotline, with calls charged at standard telecom rates and no extra platform fee.
How to Log In
Students and teachers open the platform homepage at school.madrasati.sa and select the Microsoft account login option. Students sign in with a ministerial email ending in @madrasati.sa, while teachers use an address ending in @moe.gov.sa, along with the account password. If enabled, a two-step verification code is sent to the registered mobile number. After signing in, users reach a dashboard with the timetable, assignments, courses, virtual labs, and communication tools.
Parents and administrators choose the parent and administrator login, then enter a national ID or iqama number with the password linked to their Absher account. Student account details can also be viewed through the Tawakkalna app under Education Services. National Unified Access (Nafath) and Noor accounts are supported for some parent and administrator logins depending on role. Madrasati mobile apps are free on the App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.
Why It Matters
The platform hosts central exams and online assessments and provides services such as My Courses, an enrichment bank, school activities, educational pathways, a question bank, reports and statistics, and student and teacher management. It also integrates with the iEN satellite TV educational channels and the National Education iEN Portal for 24-hour broadcast, giving families a single, no-cost gateway to follow student progress and school communication.
