Residents of Tabuk gathered at Tabuk Central Park for Move With Us, Tabuk, a community sports event organized by the Saudi Sports for All Federation that encouraged people of all ages and backgrounds to get active together.
The program offered a varied lineup of activities, including running, bicycle races, and group fitness exercises. Educational health booths were also set up on site, giving participants practical information about staying fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The event was open to the whole community, welcoming families, individuals, and people of different fitness levels. This inclusive approach made it easy for newcomers and regular athletes alike to take part and enjoy a day centred on movement and wellbeing.
Why it matters
Community events like this play an important role in encouraging more residents to adopt active habits. By combining physical activity with on-the-spot health education, the gathering helped raise awareness of the benefits of regular exercise in an engaging, social setting.
Bringing people together in a public space such as Tabuk Central Park also strengthens local community ties and supports the wider national goal of promoting healthier, more active lifestyles across the Kingdom.
