Qassim: Over 32,000 Inspection Visits in Early 2026

Qassim Municipality, through Unaizah Municipality, said it conducted more than 32,000 inspection rounds during the first half of 2026, covering commercial and municipal activities as part of an intensified oversight campaign across the region.

The municipality also issued nearly 6,000 commercial and health permits in early 2026 in connection with these activities. The effort forms part of a wider national push, with municipal authorities across the Kingdom carrying out more than 1.6 million inspection tours in the first quarter of 2026, covering commercial, health, construction, excavation, and urban landscape activities.

How to check violations and inquiries

Municipal inspection and violation services in Qassim are handled electronically through the Balady platform and mobile app, with no need to visit municipality offices. To view violations, log in to Balady, open the Nassiq / Control and Quality services, select Inspection and Quality Control then Violations, search by the available criteria, and open each record for full details. Submission and review are done through Balady only.

For general inquiries, log in to the Balady portal or app, select General Inquiry, choose the municipality, category and classifications, add a description, attach any documents, and submit. A reference number is issued for tracking.

Establishments subject to municipal inspection can also complete a self-assessment on Balady: the license holder selects the municipal license, assesses against the activity requirements, and prints an assessment certificate. This requires a municipal license issued via Balady, whether valid or expired.

For support, Balady customer care is available on 199040, while the 940 line handles municipal reports and complaints for field issues and violations. Human support generally operates from 08:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, with self-services available 24/7 through Balady. No new 2026 fee schedule for Qassim inspection visits or fines has been published; licensing and violation fees remain within each Balady service and individual violation record.
