95 Real Estate Auctions Set for Late August 2026

Enforcement authorities in Saudi Arabia have scheduled 95 real estate auctions to sell 1,043 properties across the Kingdom during the second half of August 2026, with the auctions running from 15 to 31 August.

The Riyadh Region tops the list with 31 auctions covering 299 assets, followed by the Makkah Region with 23 auctions and 277 assets. The Eastern Region is set to host 9 auctions offering 86 assets, while Al-Qassim Region will hold 8 auctions covering 120 assets.

Asir Region is scheduled to see 5 auctions with 55 assets on offer. Madinah, Tabuk, and Hail each have 3 auctions, while Al-Jouf, Jazan, Najran, the Northern Borders, and Al-Baha each have 2 auctions planned during the same period.
