Riyadh Cables Group Co.'s board has approved an interim cash dividend for the first half of 2026, totaling SAR 337.4 million at SAR 2.25 The payout represents 22.5% of the share par value and covers about 149.95 million eligible shares, reflecting free-float shares excluding treasury shares.
The record date for shareholder eligibility is 21 September 2026, with shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the close of the second trading day after the record date entitled to the dividend. Incorrect or outdated account information could delay receipt until the details are updated.
The company's current capital stands at SAR 1.5 billion with 150 million issued shares, though the interim dividend is calculated on the eligible free-float share count rather than the full issued total.
