Saudi Sports Expands Neighborhood Clubs Nationwide

Community sports support is being expanded across Saudi Arabia through the Saudi Sports for All Federation, with direct backing from the Ministry of Sport and the Quality of Life Program. The push focuses on neighborhood clubs and inclusive programs for both boys and girls, alongside new women's fitness initiatives in multiple regions.

The neighborhood clubs program now operates in 23 cities, running 25 centers for boys and 20 for girls and serving more than 20,000 participants. Active locations include Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Dhahran in the Eastern Province, Hail, Al-Qassim (such as Unaizah), Taif, Khamis Mushait, Tabuk, Jazan, Hafar Al-Batin and Jubail, among others in the network.

How to register

Registration begins online through the neighborhood clubs website, or by visiting the nearest club directly. Applicants take an introductory tour of the facilities, then pay the registration fees on site to activate membership. Neighborhood club participation does not require Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Najiz, Nafath or Tawakkalna.

Current fees are set at 10 SAR for a daily entry ticket for all ages. Monthly memberships are 40 SAR for children aged 6 to 15 and 60 SAR for youth and adults above 15. A small family membership (one parent plus up to two children) costs 120 SAR while a large family membership (one parent plus more than two children) is 200 SAR The daily ticket is valid for one day's entry during club operating hours.

The federation says fees collected are reinvested in sports infrastructure and the long-term sustainability of its programs. For families and residents in Riyadh, Jeddah and beyond, the expansion offers affordable, structured options for regular physical activity close to home.
