A new batch of residential units has been handed over to beneficiary families across several regions of Saudi Arabia, as part of ongoing national housing efforts to help citizens move into their first homes.
Figures for 2026 point to strong momentum in home deliveries. In the first quarter of 2026, some 32,983 families moved into their first homes, while more than 63,070 families received housing during the first half of the year. The handovers are being carried out in phases nationwide under an established housing initiative.
Why it matters
Homeownership remains a central goal for many families in the Kingdom, and the continued delivery of residential units supports that ambition. The staggered rollout across multiple regions is designed to reach beneficiaries in different parts of the country rather than concentrating deliveries in a single area.
Beneficiaries who wish to follow up on their status or ask questions can reach the Beneficiaries Care Center on 199090, via the account @saudihousingcc, or through the business WhatsApp line on 0554199090.
Saudi Living will continue to follow developments and share updates as further batches are handed over to families across the Kingdom's regions.
