Estaie Raises $5.2M at LEAP 2026 to Grow in Saudi

Digital hospitality company Estaie has secured USD 5.2 million (around SAR 19.5 million) in seed funding announced during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, with plans to expand its artificial-intelligence-driven hospitality and property technology across Saudi Arabia's tourism and real-estate markets.

Estaie is a Dubai-based proptech and hospitality platform focused on extended-stay and flexible accommodation, spanning hotels, serviced apartments, and residential leasing. The platform uses AI to manage pricing, inventory, and the booking experience for operators and guests.

The new seed round follows a seven-figure pre-seed round completed earlier in April 2026, which was aimed at regional expansion with a strong focus on entering and scaling within the Saudi market. The company has identified Saudi Arabia as its strategic priority market for the fresh capital.

Why it matters

The company says the funding will support expanded operations, local partnerships, and AI-enabled hospitality services in the Kingdom. These plans are tied to Saudi Arabia's growing tourism sector, its Vision 2030 hospitality targets, and an active property market.

The USD 5.2 million is an equity investment, not a government fee or grant. There are no user fees or application steps tied to Estaie's seed round for individual users or property owners, and no Saudi-specific service pricing, tariff structure, or mandatory registration process for the platform's local operations has been publicly specified in the currently available information.
