Low-cost carrier flyadeal has opened bookings for its second route to India from Riyadh, connecting the Saudi capital with Mumbai starting 3 October 2026. Mumbai becomes the airline's second Indian destination after Hyderabad.
The new service will operate five weekly flights on Airbus A320neo aircraft configured with an all-economy 186-seat layout. flights depart Riyadh at 12:55 am and arrive in Mumbai at 7:40 am, while the return leg departs Mumbai at 8:40 am and lands in Riyadh at 10:15 am.
The route is set to add more than 7,400 seats giving travellers a further affordable option on one of the busiest corridors between Saudi Arabia and India.
Building on the Hyderabad launch
The addition follows flyadeal's first scheduled service to India, a daily non-stop route between Riyadh and Hyderabad launched on 1 July 2026. The carrier had previously said it would announce a second Indian destination soon, which was later confirmed as Mumbai.
For the large Indian community living and working in Riyadh, the expansion means more direct connections and greater flexibility for family visits, business trips, and travel home. The growing links between the two countries continue to widen options for residents and visitors alike.
Fares for the Mumbai route were not published in the available information, and no changes to visa or travel procedures specific to this route were announced. Travellers are advised to check current schedules and fares when planning their bookings.
