Fourth Dates Festival Opens in Hail's Al-Rawdah

The fourth Dates Festival opened on 27 September 2026 in Al-Rawdah, in the Hail Region, and continues for five days through 1 October 2026. The event is held at Al-Rayyan Celebration Palace, located roughly 80 km south of Hail city.

The festival brings together 68 participants, including 40 date producers and 28 productive families, alongside food-processing exhibitors and beekeepers. The lineup reflects the region's strong agricultural identity and the growing role of small producers and household-based businesses in local markets.

Visitors can browse a wide selection of local dates and related products directly from the growers and families who make them. The presence of food-processing exhibitors and beekeepers adds variety to the offering, giving shoppers access to complementary local goods under one roof.

Why it matters

Seasonal festivals like this one give farmers and productive families a direct channel to reach buyers, supporting local livelihoods and encouraging community spending on homegrown produce. For residents and visitors in the Hail area, the five-day event is a chance to sample the region's harvest and support small-scale producers.

No official entry fee, product price list, or daily timetable has been published for this edition, and no online booking channel has been announced. Visitors planning to attend are advised to confirm timings locally before heading to the venue.
