Sah September Issue Opens with 4.80% Return

Subscription to the September 2026 issue of the Sah savings product opens on 6 September 2026, offering Saudi retail investors a fixed annual return of 4.80%. The product is a low-risk, Shariah-compliant savings sukuk in Saudi riyals, issued monthly by the National Debt Management Center under the Ministry of Finance.

The September issue carries a one-year saving period, with the yield paid to holders at maturity. Subscription is open to Saudi citizens aged 18 and above, with a minimum subscription of SAR 1,000 — equal to the par value of one sukuk — and a maximum of SAR 200,000. The product is fees-free, with no subscription or management fees charged.

To subscribe, an investor must hold an investment account with one of the following institutions: SNB Capital, AlJazira Capital, Alinma Investment, SAB Invest, or Al Rajhi Capital. Subscription is completed through the digital platforms of these institutions. Sah cannot be subscribed through أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ, Balady, توكلنا, or Etimad.

For the September issue, allocation takes place on 15 September 2026. A redemption window runs from 20 to 22 September 2026, with redemption proceeds paid on 29 September 2026. Holders may request redemption only within the specified calendar windows, and accumulated profit is not accrued on early withdrawal before maturity.

The return rate is set monthly and depends on market conditions, so the 4.80% applies specifically to the September 2026 issue. The product does not bear Zakat on behalf of subscribers, and the investor remains responsible for any applicable Zakat. Backed by the government, Sah gives residents a simple, low-cost way to build savings with a predictable return.
