Zamil Steel Wins SAR 308M Qiddiya Tennis Deal

Zamil Structural Steel Company (Zamil Steel) has won a contract valued at SAR 308,174,296, excluding VAT, to carry out structural steelwork for the National Tennis Center in Qiddiya City, Riyadh. The contract was signed on 19 October 2026.

Under the agreement, Zamil Steel will handle the fabrication, supply, and installation of structural steelwork and external metal façades for the venue. The company was awarded the work by a contracting consortium made up of Bouygues Bâtiment International – Saudi Arabia Branch and Almabani General Contractors Company.

The project carries a completion period of 19 months. Zamil Steel expects the contract to begin contributing positively to its financial results in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The National Tennis Center is part of the wider development of القدية, a major entertainment and sports destination taking shape on the outskirts of the capital. For residents and sports fans in Riyadh, the venue adds to a growing list of world-class facilities that aim to bring top-tier tournaments and events closer to home.

Awards of this scale also reflect continued momentum in the Kingdom's construction and infrastructure sector, where local firms play a central role in delivering landmark projects linked to national development goals.
